Just like this site, my work is relatively simple. I started this consulting process as early as 2013, albeit much more informally. With my HR and recruitment experience I began by helping friends and acquaintances revamp their job applications. This included people who were searching for positions in marketing, advertising, insurance, and even accounting.

Most of my advice comes from my 5 Years of Experience reviewing thousands of resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and from experience interviewing hundreds of candidates. While I wouldn’t say that my application and interview methods are perfect, I think they do a solid job of showcasing an individual’s skills more clearly. And that translates to an increased likelihood of receiving (and acing) the interview.
